Led a service design project from blue sky product concept to functional prototyping for 7 digital channels across mobile apps and web environments.
Conducted stakeholder research, user workshops and co-design workshops to produce the value proposition, brand principles and early concepts for an emerging product division.
Created and user-validated product acquisition channel designs for web and mobile platforms.
Conducted research and analysis to evaluate the strategic and tactical challenges and opportunities of an organization.
Acted as subject matter expert in the writing of client proposals and sales meetings.

Provided value as a Front End developer for clients such as YHA, RAMS and Sydney Opera House at the beginning of the engagement.
