AT&T’s CEO Innovation Award winner? It’s a quarterly award that AT&T's CEO for employees with new business ideas. Ideas that result in BIG revenue increases and considerable cost reductions. In my case, I received the award from Randall Stephenson. I developed the idea for key features now found in the AT&T TV product (revenue driver!) On to my bio… I was born and raised in Mexico City. For most of my life there, things were going pretty well. Until life happened and my parents hit a very rough patch. This situation led my parents to leave everything behind and move to the United States. All to give our family a fresh start and a path to success. Like many other millennials, I entered the job market during the 2007 recession. During that time, I put myself through college while working full-time. It was a busy time for me – school in the morning, work in the afternoon, and DJ at night. Through more than 15 years as a leader, I have hired, trained, coached, and mentored thousands of people. From frontline employees to Directors. All in more than 40 customer experience and sales centers in the US and the world. My teams broke sales records while changing standards in customer service scores. Top executives recognize me as one of the most effective sales and customer success leaders. This didn’t come without struggles. Having amazing mentors, the right motivations, and thoughtful execution helped me achieve many accomplishments: ✅Promoted 10 times in 10 years ✅Teams and centers ranked in the top percentile every quarter ✅Coached, trained, and developed thousands of leaders in more than 40 global offices ✅Sent 40+ employees to Sales Summit ✅Mentored and helped promote 50+ employees to leadership roles ✅Developed and delivered a top Leadership Development Program ✅Built killer Customer Success and Training teams at a growing startup Automotive Company While working full time, in 2020 I ventured to start my consulting agency, B.A. Consulting & Partners.
