- Exceeded goal of hiring 2 high-level candidates per month through sourcing and sense of urgency.
- Marketed employer and personal brand through LinkedIn, growing to over 6k LinkedIn followers.
- Sold candidates on the roles we offer through identifying pain points in current roles.
