- Sent at least 300 InMails per month to senior-level candidates with an average response rate of 30%.
- Exceeded goal of hiring 2 high-level candidates per month through sourcing and sense of urgency.
- Marketed employer and personal brand through LinkedIn, growing to over 6k LinkedIn followers.
- Sold candidates on the roles we offer through identifying pain points in current roles.
- Sold Hiring Managers on candidates through creative questioning and goal realignment.

- Created and implemented the first ever University Recruitment Strategy in the USA.
- Successfully championed for salary raises for employees of all levels across the US business.

- Managed a pipeline of 50+ candidates for Sales roles.
