I am CEO&co-founder of maramora, a solution based on art-practices&psychology for well-being. I launched maramora in 2023, after more then 10 years of experience in producing and managing cultural and art projects in Belarus and abroad. My passion is to bring art and culture closer to people, and to create positive social impact through creative and innovative initiatives. I have successfully led on multiple projects, such as an independent cultural platform in Belarus, a crowdfunding campaign for a book publication, and an on-site summit for non-formal educators. I have also completed an educational program for Belarusian cultural managers from the European Cultural Foundation, and presented my project idea to 200 viewers and investors. As an art and culture producer, I have developed skills in conceptualizing ideas, fundraising, evaluation, post-production, and presentations. I am well-organized, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to different contexts and challenges.
