Beyond execution, I provide hands-on consulting support in leadership, revenue strategy, and international expansion. I also co-founded meddicc.pl, a platform training SaaS teams in world-class sales methodology, enabling them to maximize pipeline quality and revenue performance.

🎉 One year at Hemolens Diagnostics 🎉
Building a unicorn is hard. Building one in healthcare is even harder.

This year at Hemolens Diagnostics didn’t change how I work, it confirmed something I’ve learned over and over again: the one constant at work is change, and without strong fundamentals, ambition doesn’t survive contact with reality.

A few lessons from the journey so far:

🔹 Value proposition is everything
When the environment keeps shifting, clarity becomes non-negotiable. A sharp value proposition isn’t marketing, it’s how you keep teams aligned and decisions grounded when pressure increases.

🔹 Building a product is not the same as building a business
Working on a product under development while also planning finances and budgets hits very differently. Unicorn narratives skip this part. Reality doesn’t.

🔹 Pilot implementations humble you
This is where ideas meet the real world. Pilot feedback is a lifeline, it strips away assumptions and forces focus on what truly creates value.

🔹 Mission truly matters
When things get hard (and they do), mission is what sustains momentum. Helping save lives and directly impact patients is a powerful motivator. After Udemy , I didn’t realize how much I missed that level of human impact.

🔹 Cardiologists and radiologists are pretty cool
Smart, pragmatic, and outcome-driven. Working with clinicians keeps you honest and quickly exposes weak thinking.

🔹 Healthcare is a long game
Regulation, validation, and trust take time. If you’re chasing fast wins, healthcare will correct that mindset quickly.

🔹 Poland 🇵🇱 and the UK 🇬🇧 are two very different market animals
Different incentives, different adoption cycles, different expectations. Scaling means adapting, not copy-pasting.

🔹 Trust your gut and your experience
Data is essential, but so is judgment built over years. When information is incomplete, experience matters.

🔹 Be blunt about objections
Avoiding uncomfortable conversations is expensive. Raising concerns early saves time, trust, and credibility later.

Grateful for the people, the challenges, and the lessons so far.
Building something meaningful takes patience, honesty, and resilience, especially when the goal is truly big.
