I build and manage multiple groups, creating a collaborative community, and providing diverse connection and referral opportunities for over 300+ trusted advisors.

• Manages Group Leaders and executive committee members to exceed group performance and quarterly reporting goals.
• Acts as a strong, collaborative liaison to Group Leaders, encouraging retention, solid group connections, commerce, community, and a quality member experience.
• Coordinates and executes motivation and collaborative events for Group Leaders.
• Becomes a trusted advisor to each individual Group Leader, developing an annual personal development plan, monitoring implementation and achievement.
• Creates recruitment action plans, and supports Group Leaders in interviewing, on-boarding, and retaining members.
• Identifies new Group Leaders and develops succession plans for exiting leaders.

Director and brand ambassador for 2 chapters of the CFO Leadership Council in the Pacific Northwest region, currently Seattle & Portland.  Responsible for guiding Steering Committees of  senior financial executives to create phenomenal events, sourcing and welcoming new CFOs into membership and creating unique live and virtual  event opportunities for sponsor partners to build true relationships with members.

Thrilled to have to launch the Emerging Leader Program that recognizes, honors, and mentors budding financial professionals who have potential to become “Rockstar CFOs.”   
*Leadership of a cross-functional team with Brand, Regional Director, and Marketing to grow the program and offer young professionals meaningful ways to engage with the community and membership.
*Day to day program management and logistics including evaluation, monitoring, and reporting.
*Planning and executing a range of events to drive acquisition of new Emerging Leaders and to convert existing Emerging Leaders to members.
*Relationship management with each Emerging Leader and Mentor volunteer to encourage long-term mentoring and thought leadership for each Emerging Leader.
