Sales Director of Operations

•Manage, service, and retain a client portfolio of 5+ enterprise clients across New Jersey
•Responsible for driving and managing sales metrics and individual performance for a team of Client Solutions Managers, servicing enterprise clients across North Jersey 
•Prioritize and manage a team of recruiters to effectively drive recruitment activities and achieve sales goals
•Build long-term relationships with hiring managers to generate repeat clients
•Gather information from hiring managers to partner on open requisitions to provide ideal talent solutions 
•Participate in full lifecycle recruitment process as needed for high volume requisitions, primarily in the IT space
•Partner with regional and national delivery teams to fulfill diverse, time-sensitive client needs
•Provide consultative approaches for client needs and consultant requests to ensure client success and satisfaction
•Partner with management team to recruit internal employees and external consultants
•Participate and lead phone screens, in-person interviews, and interview debriefs with consultants

Lead Client Solutions Manager

•Research new business opportunities while servicing and growing relationships with existing clients 
•Devise and present talent solutions for top clients while ensuring expectations are met and exceeded 
•Partner with clients to understand business goals and initiatives
•Deliver high-level training solutions to in-house recruitment and sales team, increasing year over year revenue generation

Client Solutions Manager

•Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and selection of applicants for employment 
•Participate in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment techniques and best practices 
•Source, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for direct-hire and contract openings with various firms 
•Negotiate offers with both clients and candidates, working to reach an optimal solution for all parties
•Check references and conduct thorough background checks pre-hire; monitor consultant performance and satisfaction post-hire
•Maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and benefits of the company in order to effectively promote the company and recruit employees and consultants

Source, Recruit, Interview and Hire Candidates: 
•	Develop and implement recruiting plan. 
•	Conduct reference calls on each eligible candidate.
•	Conduct in-person interview of candidate and determine to hire. 
•	Manage flow of candidates to meet and grow branch profitability.
•	Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating practices (including but not limited to; I-9 compliance, reference checks, client credit reference checks and contracts).

Place and Manage Candidates at Client Companies:
•	Identify top Candidates (MPC’s) and market daily to client/prospects until placed.  
•	Negotiate service rates with clients and pay rate with candidate to ensure branch gross profit goals are achieved.
•	Conduct daily, weekly and monthly quality check calls to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
•	 Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients’ needs.  
•	Document and maintain all candidate and client information in system as appropriate.
•	Develop career plan for candidate to help support their employment objectives.
