•  Identifying pain points of eCommerce players by closely working with their marketing, tech & customer support team.
•  With rising competition and cost per acquisition with ad spends, eCommerce players are struggling to improve the conversions in turn revenue. With third-party cookies getting blocked it is getting even more challenging for marketers to push users to the next level of the funnel through retargeting.
•  Built an MVP first targeting two aspects 1. To show precise user analytics of funnel with deep Magento integration 2. Reporting browser errors for the tech team to understand corner use cases where some of the users might be facing challenges navigating the site. With this, we identified users are taking on average 4 min to place COD orders and 13 mins to place prepaid orders. Identified multiple corner error situations for users on the checkout page. 
•  Subsequently, we tried integrating WhatsApp API to send abandoned cart messages. However, we identified almost 40% of users chose to opt out and only a meager 1% converted. 
•  Built a plugin for eCommerce to integrate Facebook Meta pixel along with Server Side conversion integration to improve the degrading performance of campaigns with third-party cookies being blocked on Safari & Firefox. We have recently made this change live, results are awaiting.

Loan processing multi-tenant platform (B2B lending platform)
•  Understanding the workflows by interacting with founders, sales, back office, and credit assessment teams. Designed new workflows and processes along with identifying the right technology stack. 
•  Made new tech stack migration in an incremental fashion without business disruption in 6 months. This is with upskilling the existing team with PHP and Jquery to Java, GWT, and DevOps processes. While collaborating with a few full-time and part-time outsourcing vendors. All this while scaling the team from 8 to 35 engineers in the span of 12 months.
•  Taking frequent feedback from the sales, back-office & credit assessment teams to understand their pain points and working on improving the workflows to reduce the friction.
•  New tech stack, improved workflows which reduced the discrepancies and back-office team’s time to process the applications. Reduced the friction points between the on-ground sales team and back-office team with audits for each action taken by every actor. Increased the capacity to process the loan application from 15 applications in a day to 120 applications in a day. Lift in loan disbursement from 50 lac a month to 4 crores a month in the span of 12 months.

•  In just 10 months designed the platform from scratch and made it live, along with Performance optimization from 70 QPS to 400 QPS (2 core, 2 GB RAM cloud instance).
