• Working as part of BuyBack Platform, which is an Affordability Initiative enabling customers to trade in their old devices for a discount on their new purchases.

• Engages with various customer touch points such as Detail Page Interactions, Cart, Checkout, Payments, Doorstep Service, and Reverse Marketplace for 3P Partners.

• Presently engaged in the "UI Enhancement project," enhancing the user experience, addressing existing gaps and overcoming limitations. Improving and introducing secondary pages where customers input details for exchanging their old devices.[WIP]

• Presently engaged in redesigning and implementing frontend component to enhance feature extensibility and simplify onboarding for tenants. [WIP]

• Worked on the "AddToCart with Exchange" project, enabling customers to add exchange items in cart alongside other items, receiving cart-level, exchange discounts and other deals. This Impacting the entire customer journey from detail page to checkout. Responsible for code delivery and design enhancement in Detail Page, Cart, and Checkout.

• Performed horizontal scaling of Buyback feature for Republic day sales at Amazon.in.

• Improved system scalability and availability by migrating hardware load balancer to software load balancer (ELB)
