Transformational leadership Throughout my 15+ years in business I have always been involved in a lot of transformation. I have built new processes and ways of working from zero, revamped strategies and shaken the mindsets of people. I can vision a greater future and to systematically drive change towards that. Customer value and continuous improvement I see organizations as horizontal processes delivering value to customers rather than a vertical structure with value in itself. I’m a fan of the lean philosophy and believe that it is possible to get closer to perfection by removing obstacles every day. Value creation starts from the customer and hence the commercial capability of any organization needs to be strong.
