Viva - Executive Assistants

Viva is a remote EA subscription service for start-up and scale-up executives. We help executives increase their productivity by providing highly qualified and trained Executive Assistants to support them.  

As a Growth Marketing Manager, I am in charge of accelerating the company's growth by taking a marketing program from 0 to 1. I work alongside two content specialists and focus on planning the marketing strategy and distributing content through our various marketing channels: PPC, LinkedIn Ads, organic social, email marketing, and SEO.

As a Senior Account Manager, I was the Lead Negotiator and Team Lead on the Service team. I helped with training and onboarding of new team members.

I developed automated reports to track the team's performance and analyzed campaign performance to determine strategy and direction. I worked on different projects to improve team's efficiency and accountability.

During my time at Makrwatch, I closed over 1.5K influencer deals, generating over $800K worth of revenue for the company and ranking #1 negotiator.

Senior Account Manager

Makrwatch helps brands craft a custom influencer program and help them discover the power of YouTube influencer marketing to consistently acquire new users at an efficient CAC. 

As an Account Manager I was responsible for executing the designed influencer marketing program and ensure the continuous success of the campaign.

I managed campaigns of up to $7M spend annually, while maintaining efficiency and ensuring client’s success. I had a strong focus on negotiating and securing a 30% discount on average in sponsorship deals with our creators. I was able to build strong relationships, guiding  them throughout our partnership using industry’s best practices. I was constantly looking for process improvements as well as possible automations through innovative ideas and creative solving problem to boost team’s success.

TBox is an Ed-tech company trying to revolutionize the world of education and making sure students have the competences needed to be leaders in the digital world. 

I managed all operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities. Some of the activities included, creating yearly budgets, identifying clients’ needs and market opportunities as well as trends to define portfolios and establish action priorities.  I organized special programs based on the current state of sales and market evaluation to maximize sales opportunities and define objectives and goals to be met by the entire sales team. All of my proposals were presented directly to the Board of Directors to be approved. 

During my time at TBox, I created a new type of plan designed to cover a new market, which generated 4x more sales in the upcoming years. I also implemented CRM Hubspot, improving the productivity of the department and increasing sales conversion and client retention.

Managed and developed a territory with $4.59M growing at +5.9%in revenue across SW Texas totaling in 17 accounts. Ensured flawless execution of retail plans by implementing advertising, marketing and promotional strategies. Drove customer points of sales through consultative business partnering with Wal-Mart and HEB managers creating daily presentations around business financials and in store execution. Met with Senior Level Market Manager for Walmart aligning JBP and instituting incremental execution in his market. Led and motivated team as the Wal-Mart Advocate and presented at Retail Execution Meetings as subject matter expert. Helped with on boarding, training, and development of new RSR’s with Consultative Selling Skills and Business Acumen.
