As the Director of Sales my responsibilities include the following:

*Optimizing sales growth (42% increase in Q1 2013 VS Q1 2012) and maximize sell through, profit, revenue and market share.
*Manage and incentivizing our national broker community.
*Key Account calls and deal structuring.
*Analyzing industry market trends, competition, products and pricing strategies.
*Conduct sales and training meetings with broker and distirbutor network. 
*Business development and brand positioning.

Tea Tibet:

*New tea company with 100% of all profits funding the education of children in Tibet and those living in exile in India.
*Opened 8 new distribution centers since launch at Expo west in March 2013.
*Trained western regional broker network on Tea Tibet.
*Trained and incentivized distributor reps, both inside and outside.
*Collectively secured 100 new points of distribution since late March.

About Kombucha Wonder Drink

Steve Lee, co-founder of Stash and Tazo tea companies, first experienced kombucha while traveling in Russia on business in the 1990s. After sampling a kombucha culture carefully handed down for generations, he took home a “starter” culture from that original batch back to America. *Opened up UNFI and KeHE nationally, the two biggest natural food and mass market distributors in the US.
*Created, trained and managed national broker network.
*Deal structuring to increase points of distribution and maximizing sales.
*Lead point person for trade show execution.
*Business development and Category management.

Mighty Leaf Tea

Achieved FY2006 sales $2.7 million.
*	Opened numerous distributors and brokers on a national level.
*	Managed and trained all brokers.
*	Called and managed all national strategic key accounts.
*	Created and managed all promotions on both a national and regional level.
*	Opened up distribution in all regional Whole Foods Markets except Florida.
*	Accomplished the above while being the only retail sales person until 4/07.

*	Solely managed the launch of Mighty Leaf into the retail market in 10/2004.
*	Increased NorCA Whole Foods sales from $6,500/month to $26,000/month.
