I focused on the small to mid-size business market placing COLI, group health, 401(k) and other retirement plans as well as deferred compensation arrangements for highly comped employees partnering with internal team members to present comprehensive solutions.

Created and followed a business plan that maximized daily activities.  During the 2008-2010 recession I turned around an under performing territory and won the 100% Club trip.
