Legal Recovery Office:
- Provides support to the Development, Evaluation and Onboarding Office in evaluating new portfolios in acquisition;
- is responsible for achieving judicial recovery performance and objectives, in terms of volumes, profitability and performance;
- manages civil active causes and possible foreclosures from third parties and real estate foreclosures resulting from the enforcement actions experienced as a result of the previous initiation of actions for judicial recovery;
- evaluates and approves, within the limits of the powers granted, proposals for agreements, repayment plans and transfer steps;
- on the basis of the performances obtained during the works, it defines the distribution of the practices between the Direct Network (see Direct Network Coordination) and the Indirect Network (see NPL Direction);

- Management of complex financial instruments such as Covered Warrants, Certificates and Securitizations, in particular of "performing" and "non-performing" loans - NPL;

- listing of shares, bonds, SICAVs, SPVs, ETCs, ETNs, ETFs, closed-end funds and open-ended investment funds on regulated and OTC markets;
