🎬 A bit more... One of my Mentor told me: "Paolo, you are like a sponge, you absorb all the good techniques and habits from who's around you, that's why you do well in sales". I'm eager to learn and I consider humility a key factor to succeed. I'm quick to Adapt and I find Opportunities in any situation cause I'm Resilient and driven. 🎯 What brought me here... After a successful career in Tech dev Management, while walking the entrepreneurial path I had to embrace Commercial Activities and later Sales (what, as an ex Creative, I considered the Dark Side). What made me stay and love it, was cause it's down to Numbers to prove results and because it excites me to find new ways to Win. In Sales I discovered the power of coaching for high performance and the true nature of compassionate leadership. The next natural move was to find a position where to put together leadership, business performance, EQ and creativity, and that's what brought me where I'm now. 🎓 A growth mindset... Now learning from: Elevate Your Team book for what's coming. Emotional Intelligence for Sales Leadership is my go to book for team performances. I'm attending the Advanced course for Coaches of Positive Intelligence, after completing the Mental Fitness Course for Coaches. I graduated at Black Bird VC Sales Academy Cohort 1 & completed Foundation of Leadership, organised by Global Justeattakeaway. 🍬Fun fact: Attending Stanford's Code in Place Cohort 1 in 2020 is what brought me back in Tech, this time as a Sales. 🙏 Thanks and I'm happy to connect!
