My mission: help companies growthing their profits thanks to a more efficient sales and marketing strategy. My job is to understand their strengths (and limits) and help them to define a sales growth that includes exporting, starting from a powerful marketing strategy. I had the chance to go through several experience, first working in large multinational companies like chemical expert, post service assistance, salesrap, marketing manager, then as a business consultant and finally as managing director of my own consultancy firm. I think the life added what job could have miss. Specialties: Identifying problems, leverage people's capability, smooth way of teaching. Thanks to both my job and volunteering experiences I have been gifted to capability to address problems in the straight and smoothes way I know. My claim is to be albe to solve problems without aggressing with the proudness of consultancy. Since I believe that there is always room to improve and learn, I tend to study new territories in any way I can, so I have developed a strong analysis approach that help me define the core problem and find out way to solve it. Get the best for our clients through their people and organization: this is my aim and job. I also developed an approach to support PMI in exporting italian design, fashion and food.
