• Provide direction for advertising campaigns and content creation for Social Media
• Created a Patreon strategy with all the details about how to manage the community and divide the tasks

Micro-Management: La formula perfetta per rendere INSTABILI le tue campagne pubblicitarie (+ Caso studio GRATIS)

Quando si fa pubblicità su Meta (Facebook e Instagram), spesso si tende a fare micro-modifiche e micro-ottimizzazioni sulle campagne.

Questo per convinzione (errata) che più "trick" si utilizzano, più le pubblicità tenderanno a performare.

Questa pratica, frutto parzialmente di videocorsi che millantano micro-ottimizzazioni e strutture complicate come soluzione alle vostre campagne marketing, in realtà destabilizza:

- La strategia pubblicitaria a monte
- Le performance delle campagne
- La reportistica

Fare tanti micro-cambiamenti e micro-ottimizzazioni, infatti, tende a rendere instabile non solo Meta, bensì anche la nostra strategia pubblicitaria, rendendo difficile ricordare l'idea iniziale e cosa abbiamo micro-gestito.

Ti faccio un esempio:

🚀 Nelle campagne pubblicitarie che ho fatto su Meta per Ariyh, nel giro di pochi giorni, i costi per risultato si sono DIMEZZATI. 

Quali modifiche ho fatto in quei giorni per ottenere questa ottimizzazione di costi?

Nessuna. Ho letteralmente atteso che le campagne, frutto di una strategia pubblicitaria a monte, si ottimizzassero da sole.

Come si direbbe in inglese: Quando hai una strategia pubblicitaria, "stick with it", continua a seguirla per un tempo prolungato.

🔎 Solo così potrai fare dei test di Lift e incrementalità con valenza statistica, comprendere cosa ha funzionato e cosa no, e soprattutto affinare le tue strategie di Marketing.

TAKING A MOMENT TO CELEBRATE OUR GROWTH 

We're reactivating our LinkedIn page with some good news.

Our business is growing, and it's doing so organically and steadily.

In 2024 we've seen a strong acceleration, and just in the month of April alone, we will record a turnover higher than the first four months of 2023.

When we started the business last year, there were just 3 Co-Founders. Today we have a multidisciplinary team of 24 freelancers covering all digital needs.

We work with companies in multiple sectors.

Our clients operate in Banking, Beauty, Consulting, Education, Esports, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Logistics, Private Equity, Retail, Tech, and Travel.

In line with our plans for 2024, we are staying true to the goal of expanding the business primarily in the United Kingdom, where we are headquartered.

Just in April, we gained 4 new clients based in London.

In June, we will organize our first physical event to further expand our network of business leaders and marketing pros in the area and forge new connections.

The challenge now is to manage growth at the organizational level.

Growing sounds great in terms of revenue, but we must be able to adapt to increased complexity while always ensuring quality in performance.

Honestly, we have no doubt that we will manage everything orderly.

The entrepreneurial journey thus continues.

We keep on with the mission to create a new digital agency model able to connect the dots for clients and create a positive environment for the team.

For now, the results are promising.
