I started my IT career as a virtual reality enthusiast, developing 3D games using C, x86 assembly, and C++, and creating innovative Macromedia Director titles. By 1997, I shifted to Java, drawn by its "Write Once, Run Anywhere" capability for multiprocessor systems, which deepened my cross-platform development skills. I was also a MySQL Enterprise Ready Partner to Sun Microsystems, USA, demonstrating my commitment to advancing enterprise-grade database solutions. My journey continued with Quest3D, a C++-based visual programming tool, and roles as a Maya MEL programmer and 3D animator, contributing to advanced visual projects. From 2010 to 2015, as Founder & CTO, I led the marketing and distribution of CollabCAD, a 3D CAD/CAM software under collabcad.gov.in. I also spearheaded national-level training programs and curated K3DR (Kaladhari 3D Revolution), a pioneering initiative that garnered commendation from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) - Principal (Standards & QA). As technology evolved, I explored AI and ML, focusing on meaningful advancements amid the hype. This exploration extended to LISP and Erlang/OTP, enhancing my expertise in scalable, fault-tolerant systems. Currently, I am developing an AI and Visual Programming curriculum for K5 to K12 students, using platforms like MIT Scratch, Microsoft MakeCode, and CMU Alice. This initiative aims to instill early technology skills in young learners. Looking ahead, I am establishing the Kaladhari Foundation, driven by the motto "One Graduate, One AI Session." This initiative provides free AI prompting education to students worldwide, ensuring that every engineering graduate participates in AI training. Additionally, I am introducing FreeBSD education for engineering undergraduates, preparing them for future technology challenges.
