Some days remind you
why you started doing what you do.

Yesterday was one of those days.

I had the privilege of meeting
Felipe Paullier Olivera,
Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs, United Nations.

He's in Rajasthan this week
to interact with young changemakers
and witness how youth are driving development.

From the very first conversation,
his belief in young people stood out.
He said, "Youth aren't the future, they are the present."

Those words stayed with me.

Alongside him were inspiring leaders,
Akshay Kedia, Dr Niraj K. Pawan,
and representatives from UNFPA and UNICEF, 
all committed to empowering the next generation.

The agenda, "Yuva Evam Viksit Rajasthan",
focused on youth as the driving force
behind a developed and progressive state.

Each interaction reinforced one truth, 
our youth don't lack talent or ambition,
they only need trust, mentorship, and opportunity.

Later in the day,
I had the honour of hosting a podcast with Dr Paullier.
It was more than a conversation, 
it was a reminder of what youth leadership truly means.

If every young voice is heard,
every idea respected,
and every effort supported,
the world would look very different.

Grateful to be part of this journey
where we don't just talk about the future,
we build it.

Everyone wants freedom until they actually get it.

Because real freedom isn't glamorous.
It's uncomfortable.
It's messy.
And it forces you to face yourself.

When I was younger,
freedom meant buying what I wanted.
Earning my own money.
Living life on my own terms.

In my twenties,
it meant choosing my career.
Building something of my own,
even when people around me didn't understand it.

In my thirties,
it became the freedom to say "no."
To pick who I work with.
To create my own version of balance.

But today, freedom feels different.

It's no longer about time or money.
It's about thought.
The freedom to think openly,
to express honestly,
and to live without fear of judgment.

Still, I've realised something,
You never truly have complete freedom.

Because life always ties you
to people, purpose, and responsibility.

And maybe that's how it should be.

100% freedom doesn't exist.
And maybe it shouldn't.

Boundaries give direction.
Morals give meaning.
Responsibilities give depth.

True freedom isn't about escaping them.
It's about finding peace within them.

So today,
freedom for me isn't doing what I want.
It's being content with what I choose.

Life is now a game of intense musical chairs.
Resources are hyper-scarce, and competition will be absolutely brutal.

Your degree is a very fragile defence.

We cannot rely on the old mindset now.

The Two Fateful Options

Option 1: Fight For a Chair.
You compete for shrinking jobs and lower salaries.
You become a scarcity victim with a totally finite future.

Option 2: Build the Orchestra.
You create the solution yourself.
You generate value at a massive scale.
You turn global problems into profit centres.

How to Build the Orchestra

The time for waiting is over. You must shift your entire thinking today:

1. Identify Scarcity:
Find the biggest crisis facing society now. (Example: Water, Energy, Skill Gaps).
Crisis equals opportunity.

2. Master New Tools:
You must learn technologies that solve problems globally.
Learn AI, not just basic coding.

3. Become the CEO of You:
Stop looking for a boss to lead you.
Take absolute control of your own earning power.
You must write your own paycheck.

Look at global water scarcity: the entrepreneur builds the new grid, and they thrive because of the crisis.

Entrepreneurship is not just a choice today. It is your ultimate survival strategy.

Your big title makes you stupider.
