Indeed, my career was triggered in January 2006, and I worked in the project management sector for Ten years (2006-2015). I entered academia indeed sense in 2015; before that, I stabbed a career in 2006 in the Development sector, collaborating with international development partners like ADB, DFID, UNFPA, SIDA, PKSF, and Orbis International. Nevertheless, I have researched and examined Capabilities, ILO-169, UNDRIP-2007, Sustainable Community Development and decision-making within cultural policy, focusing on the implication of participatory governance for the cultural sector. I am immensely inquisitive about the affinity between theory, policy, and practice amid ethnic groups; to this end, I dissected several policies and int'l frameworks that have been published. I have concluded vehemently undergraduate and post-graduated in Anthropology (SUST, Bangladesh) and another Master's in Business Administration (BOU, Bangladesh), and now pursuing a Ph.D. ( expected in 2023) in Community [Indigenous-Santals] Development at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Furthermore, satisfied the "FinTech & Regulatory Innovation" ( April-June 2023); "Cambridge Digital Assets For Regulators" (July-September 2023) at the University of Cambridge, UK, by getting an ADBI scholarship. I also obtained PGD in Project Management, Criminology and Retrospective Justice also participated in trainings, workshops, and conferences at home and abroad as part of a skilled story, including carrying out a good number of international publications. I am avidly interested in engaging and participating in [Indigenous] community development with cultural policy to enhance peoples' Capabilities and Sustainable Community Development. I strive for a versatile, multi-talented, and collaborative work environment as an inspirational career position within an international organization aiming at Asian Sustainable Community [ human rights, indigenous, social justice, climate justice] Development.
