For Edsy, 2025 was a year of Growth. Momentum. And.....Chaos 😂
According to our team’s “3 words to describe your 2025”.

We started with the good news of landing the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) deal for 130 schools, and we ended the year with the great news/hopeful potential of expanding to all 430 schools under BMA, on a permanent basis too, not just annual contracts. 

We didn’t hit our ambitious 3x organic school clients growth target. Obviously disappointed. But that also turned out to be an important reality check. It kept us grounded, helped us avoid being fooled by fake PMF signs — the kind that make you start congratulating yourself too early. We’re more hungry now than ever to experiment, iterate, and get it right.

Our product design went through a complete overhaul. We learned that we need to get the basics right before trying advanced stuffs (we focused too much on coming up with fancy differentiations). In the end, it’s the fundamental design that we need to perfect first. But that big lesson also made us more ready than before to compete globally. 

We ultimately evolved toward a clearer path for our USP as well — it seems that once we get the basics right, everything starts to come more naturally.

We ended on a strong note with international expansion — from just Turkey to Japan, Korea, and potentially India. 2026 is set to be a year of airline miles collection indeed ✈️✈️
