I’m an excellent Scrum Master and love working with the diversity of technical and business teams. I am deeply passionate about product development, Scrum and Servant Leadership. People are at the heart of what I do and I believe that everyone is capable of achieving great things if you give them the right environment and tools. I have been working with several Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps etc. along with some great Engineering practices such as Pair/Mob programming, TDD, Test Automation etc. Above all, I am a people person and as a servant leader I am driven by helping others succeed in what they do, driving successful scrum teams and creating great products. I strive to create an environment surrounded by the Scrum values of focus, respect, openness, courage and commitment. I always start with "WHY" to understand the need and desired outcome for product development. This approach helps me understand the Business and Product Owner's vision clearly and in turn, enables my team to embrace the vision, which often results in beautiful and engaging products. My aspiration is to be the ultimate Scrum Master - so good that I lead my team and PO to become self-sufficient so that they no longer need me.
