From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people and make a difference. I've always been a people person! At age 18 I became an Assistant Recruiter in the Army National Guard, eventually working my way up to Recruiter, and Lead Recruiter before taking my love for recruitment to the civilian world. After departing from military recruitment, I found myself in Talent Acquisition, focusing on Sales Recruitment, here at USI - it marries my two passions - sales and people! My "WHY": - Exemplify the Lord at work, best as I can - Support my beautiful family - Learn and advance in my career - Help others be successful Notable Accomplishments: - Became the youngest Soldier to complete Drill Sergeant Academy (post 9/11) at age 21 - Recruited 50+ people into the Army National Guard in two states - Grew sales team 87.5% in Minnesota territory in 2023 I'm grateful to connect with you - thanks for reading a bit about me!
