I am an experienced Senior Recruiter / Senior Sourcer drawing on a background in industries such as: military, healthcare, insurance, and finance / banking. Roles I’ve filled range from getting a 17 year old and their parents on board with basic training and an 8 year military contract; staffing doctors and nurses at healthcare facilities across the US; and filling AVP / VP sales and producer roles (IC) within the commercial insurance industry across the US. At Wells Fargo, I'm sourcing active and passive sales talent within the Commercial Bank segment, attracting them to the Wells Fargo brand and engaging them into the interview process, handing off to a partner recruiter. Personally, I love being involved in my church, spending time with my family, hiking and being outdoors (specifically on Minnesota's North Shore, my second home!), playing punk rock, or cheering on Minnesota Sports (Go Wolves!).
