• Oversee all technology operations and deliver capabilities that align with business strategy, goals and objectives.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand business direction and deliver Technology Roadmaps
• Deliver major IT projects including software development and infrastructure.

• Delivered multiple Risk and Compliance uplifts across multiple IT services e.g., Best Interest Duty regulation, upgraded licensing standards, overhaul of AWS account to a more robust and secure architecture etc.
• Improved telephony solution for Call Centre team with a more cost-effective solution in AWS Connect integrated to our in-house CRM PreQual
• Introduced PowerBI for Management reporting to provide a single source of truth on business activities and health
• Compliance to APRA’s CPS-234 requirement
• Provided roadmap for a customer centric solution leveraging on business understanding and current market trends
• Mentoring and development of staff to assist in uplifting performance and empowering managers to lead.

FLeaTs an in-house developed and maintained software-as-service CRM suite of products to support Lead Generation, Pre-Qualification, Fulfilment and Commission processing capabilities for mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall ownership of the platform.
• Track and manage SLAs and escalations
• Sprint planning and change management
• Stakeholder engagement across Marketing, Broker Support, Compliance and CommissionsProcessing teams
• Tracking and delivering features, improvements and various work streams.
• Improvement initiatives for better customer outcome and user experience.
