Part of Business Banking  Assets division, WCG is subdivision of BBA. 
Handling prime market channel and channel partners for the work capital finance segment T/o up to 150 cr , funding up to 25 cr. Products being dealt with - fund-based and non fund-based. Fund-based limits - overdraft, cash credit, WCTL, WCDL, dropline overdraft. Non fund-based based - letter of credit, bank guarantee, EPC.

The key areas on focus :
- Acquiring NTBs and managing a portfolio.
 -Constantly ensuring the quality of portfolio hygiene. 
- Generating income by means of cross-selling from the portfolio.
- Relentless management of delinquency at utmost care.
- Incessantly monitoring the portfolio, cashflow, SOH, compliance management etc.
- Strenuously handling the stakeholder's relationship within the bank.
- Heedful to customer complaints and its resolution within defined TAT.
