Hi, I'm Parth. I have recently moved into marketing a SaaS on HR Tech and an IT outsourcing business. Prior to this, tried my hand at channel sales only to find I wasn't the right fit there (to put it mildly). Yet that hasn't dampened my sales mindset; as a marketer, I tend to gravitate to revenue more than other aspects (not entirely sure if that’s always a good thing) The most valuable lesson sales made me realize - everything is noise when it comes to choosing between anything and the bottom line. Also, during the pandemic gave, the "infamous" UPSC Civil Services Exam of India. I qualified for its first round ~ which implies that I was in the top 1% of the aspirants (of 500,000 contenders). Coming back to marketing: I try to think deeply about what matters to the end customer and customize the strategy/content generation around them. The sharper focus on it always translated to improved ROI. In fact, while "content" gets a bad rep recently, its what ties it all together: - Sales - Email outreach - Ads - SEO - Brand's voice Low-key obsessed with trying the fail fast, learn faster mentality, which sees me trying the most random of experiments. This has had me using AI tools like GPT, Copy.ai, MidJourney, etc., for my marketing activities. On the side, I am interested in reading about history, and geopolitics, and analyzing current events.
