My work led me to realize the importance of emotional self-regulation, the right mindset as well and our subconscious conditioning that deeply impacts our overall health. I include all of it in my teachings and try to provide a holistic perspective on health concerns. As a woman, and especially as a woman of color I understand the unique challenges we have to face as a community and am particularly passionate about empowering women.
