During my 25th years in Scouting as a volunteer & 10th year as a law enforcement officer, I constantly demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism in my work. My commitment is to always improve the lives of others even when having the cap of policeman or embracing the scouts uniform to support the community. I possess a deep understanding of social issues and a genuine empathy for those facing challenges. I consistently exhibited strong communication skills, active listening to the community and providing them with the support and guidance they required. My best ability is to establish trust and build rapport with the community.I consistently demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. I am capable to navigate within complex situations and find creative solutions to address the unique needs of each individual I worked with even in my professional work or volunteering role. I think critically and easily adapt to changing circumstances which greatly contributed to the success of what I am today and that’s why I am choosing this program. In addition to my exceptional work in my unit or organisation, I am an open minded person in sharing my knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall effectiveness of any team i’m part of. My positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond my responsibilities is truly inspiring to my peers as they named me the “ TIRELESS MAN”.
