Thermal Powertrain Product Group HR Director 

In charge of HR for South Europe area which includes 8 countries with industrial activities, plants and support of all THS BG products. 

Responsible for all HR topics with a strong orientation in Business partnership and support to operations & projects. Always connected to the HR community, the position has specific focuses on Talent development and Employee relations, especially for France.

Key topics for HRD are improvement of competitiveness and productivity with specific social issues in France (APC agreements signed) and Italy, development of HR network in South Europe area and France. 

Countries involved : France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Morocco, UK, Russia, Romania.

In charge of Employee Relation projects and social bargaining  for Valeo Thermal Systems Business Group (24.500 employees, 58 locations in 21 countries/4 continents). 

The Business Group Employee Relations supports the operations and the HR community to guarantee a positive and productive working environment.

The BG Employee Relations is in charge of :
- Quality of life at work in all BG sites  
- Workforce productivity and competitiveness in all BG entities
- Managing social climate in all BG sites
- The application of the internal rules and applicable laws

Enjeux et contexte de fort changement à conduire 
- Développement relations sociales et de la culture sociale. Négociations des accords clés (ouverture dimanche, Mobilité, TH, GPEC)
- HR & business development réseaux GO Sport, Courir, Twinner + fonctions staff
- En collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, création des outils de développement et de motivation visant à créer durablement un lien fort et direct entre le collaborateur et le client : compétences, passion du sport, animations des relations clients.
- Mise en oeuvre de solutions digitales pour la formation et les éléments de communication et reconnaissance interne + marque employeur.
- Mise en place des nouveaux outils data et paie, portails réseaux, formation, GPEC : changement complet des progiciels et des usages pour les opérationnels.

Développement réseau affiliation France et international.

- Rédaction et négociation des classifications métiers modifiant en profondeur les pratiques anciennes. Fortes évolutions des organisations et des méthodes de travail : transformations des métiers Vente et Services, réimplantation des sites (fermetures et transferts), évolution des call centers, transformation du centre SAV-Logistique d'Ile de France (380 personnes).
- Relations sociales à fort enjeu syndical (6 OS et plus de 75% de taux de participation aux élections professionnelles).
- Création des outils de formation et d'aide à la décision sociale pour les managers opérationnels (DM's et Responsables SAV)
