I want to learn, I want to travel, I want to see the world and never stop asking... My background is in marketing, PR, sales, communication and as creative lead. I’ve worked as a business leader at [digital] creative agencies and in operational and commercial roles with several international start- / scale ups, providing solutions for class A-brands. Some of my trusted clients, for example, were Lego, Deutsche Bank, Bayer, Pernod-Ricard and G-Star. The last two years I worked as a journalist/editor for the renown news- and media-platform Adformatie. Over there I mostly wrote about advertising, campaigns and creativity. Though every once in a while continued accepting some intriguing [creative, PR & campaign] projects as a freelancer under the name of What Matters. This is a cross-functional collective which I founded myself. With a creative and entrepreneurial spirit I started that solution driven collective of experienced yet young marketeers, creatives and digital natives. I still think it is my dedication to make a difference creating relevance for brands, organisations and artists, since quite a lot are still messing it up and bore their target audience to the max.
