I guide and challenge leaders through evidence-based Executive Coaching methods, so they can: - achieve crystal clear definition on their career/business/family ambitions (“lifestyle & legacy”), and - learn advanced skills in effective communication, so they can build long-lasting, collaborative relationships based on mutual respect, integrity and trust. Creative, thoughtful leaders who seek to build a legacy of positive impact in the world, are my favourite type of client. Starting from a self-assessed 0-10 scale for 7 key life-success factors, my clients make measurable progress from our very first session. We typically work together for 3 deep-dive sessions in the first month, and take it from there with a specific piece of focused work, followed by monthly “tune-up” sessions. The initial 3-session engagement is an £1800 investment, with clear outcomes agreed in the first session. Thereafter, we price a program based on the scope of work required, since each case is different. As you can probably tell, I’m direct and I say what I see. As an Executive Coach I’m “paid to push” - you don’t want to be coddled into complacency - but I also work from deep empathy, curiosity, open-mindedness and kindness, from years of Buddhist practice. My approach is non-normative and I champion diversity including neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ diversity. I also offer re-alignment and innovation sessions for teams. I’ve run interactive design workshops (as part of transformational change programs) up to 600 people, aged 8-80. My special interest project “Enjoy School Again which supports and guides parents when their child is unhappy in school, and engages with schools to help all their students feel safe and included, so they can access their learning.
