I conducted a worldwide online customer survey in English, French, Chinese (Simplified Mandarin) and German, to map the customer segments and estimate customer's needs for these new service offerings. 

The survey was a collaboration of ETH Zurich and GF, the results were also used for my thesis in Technology Marketing.
