I am an aspiring gentleman of leisure who is actively seeking to assist friends and colleagues find intriguing opportunities. I am a Business Architect and Program/Engagement leader and Entrepreneur with extensive experience aligning information technology investment with business strategy and vision while emphasizing profit enhancement and cost containment. I develop and mentor highly motivated teams that achieve superior results – especially in dynamic, rapid-growth and merger/consolidation environments. Cross-disciplinary talents include interim management, business architecture, complex program management, vendor management, project risk identification and mitigation, eBusiness/digital platforms, outsourcing, and IT control, governance, and compliance. I've been invited to speak to various groups on technology risk assessment, technology strategy, operations improvement, business continuity planning, and information systems security and control.
