I'm a 24-year business lawyer and entrepreneur with a unique combination of deep legal expertise and practical business experience, having started, operated, and invested in numerous companies since 2015. After spending 15+ years at large law firms, I founded Linden Law Partners in 2014 to offer hands-on, exceptional legal counsel tailored to small and middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. My practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, financings, and business and corporate law. I've served as M&A counsel on transactions valued at up to $700MM, with a particular focus on deals in the $10MM-$150MM range.
