Responsible for providing a quality assurance service for all training materials and testing associated with the internationally recognised ECDL qualification. 

This involved me  in evaluating, marking and proofing 20 test systems and up to 80 pieces of training content in any given year for compliance with the objectives as laid out in the ECDL course syllabus.

Each piece of content would be given a rigorous Q and A and would always been returned to the client within a two week time frame.

Extensive project management experience in collaborating with a number of subject matter experts in maintaining and improving the quality of all ECDL curricula, tests, training and  courseware.

Responsible for the delivery of training, marking and coaching in a range of soft skills and software applications for client companies and individuals.

The soft skills training involved preparing CV’s and cover letters, the practicing of interview techniques and presentation and communication skills training.

The computer training would involve dealing with corporate clients and individuals from companies as diverse as Bord Gais, SME’s and civil service departments.

As part of a major training project, I trained and certified all employees of Bord Gais in the  certification program. This involved applying  blended learning solutions to the training.
