Senior Director of Development leading the mission impact of the American Heart Association's Triangle socials team.   Through networking, prospecting, cultivating, account management, and stewardship the annual event and fiscal mission goals are met. Key to success has been effectively working with C Suite executive volunteers to expand the network of support.  From 2017 to 2018, net goals have risen 26%, further advancing the mission of the AHA.
I am particularly proud of the launching of Hard Hats with Heart which has united the Triangle construction industry in business networking and AHA mission messaging. In just two short event years Hard Hats with Heart has become a "must attend" event ... and is so much fun to bring to our construction community. Together we are uniting friends and business competitors in the common goal of community and employee health and wellness while providing business value to all involved.

Responsibilities included all aspects of revenue generation and external communications. Key objectives focused on donor cultivation, individual giving, corporate giving, annual campaign, donor relations, board development, and event execution. Marketing strengths include growing brand awareness, newsletters, press releases, marketing collateral preparation, and effective communication of mission to all stakeholders.

As a result of diligence, stewardship, and professionalism, annual fundraising revenue and unique donors have more than doubled since 2011.

Created and analyzed numerous reports to assist management in real time decisions and future strategy 
Helped in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
