-Analyzed a multi-staged recruiting process; developed a method to track over 40 candidates through a multi-step interview process and streamline data reporting and analysis related to Human Resources. 
-Recommended 10 tools to strengthen professional and leadership development for 5 Directors to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
-Researched over 20 DEI consultants to conduct an organizational-wide training and audit to advance a robust anti-racist and inclusive culture.

Supervised the transition to strengthen policies and implement programs to protect Chicago’s children by ensuring a smooth launch and execution of a company-wide multidisciplinary strategy involving 10 departments.

Project Manager

Directed and coordinated administrative services to 100+ employees and completed projects with grace for the Office of College and Career Success.
