I redesigned the brand-building strategy and launched our first master brand campaign. My objectives were to raise awareness, gain market share and base our communication on meaningful values (Sustainability and DEI). I ensured consistency in our communication and marketing efforts across all internal and external channels. I supervised marketing processes such as media planning, PR, content creation, and consumer research. I led a team of 5 members and managed Marketing’s annual budget.

I managed the Spanish Communications Strategy and the Strengthening Communities Program (Corporate Volunteering and Humanitarian Relief). I commissioned Child Labor, Working Conditions, Circular Economy, and Organic Cotton Landscapes in the fashion industry in Mexico. I developed annual plans, managed a multi-million budget in euros, sparked multi-stakeholders conversations, and developed strategic partnerships. I was a spokesperson.

I implemented our brand-building strategy and produced advertisement campaigns that were launched online and offline. I was responsible for PR, media plans, 10+ store openings, and event production. Through my work and our PR Agency, we won the LATAM SABRE Award Diamond prize for Brand Building in 2015.
