- Build and foster relationships with clients to solve a problem or advance the cause for their seasonal staff recruiting and/or operational needs;
- Guide process of creating compelling job ads on the fly, and edit and tweak a whole lot of ads every day;
- Interact with Job Seekers via Social Media engagement, author e-newsletters, respond to phone and email inquiries;
- Tend to operational needs - lifting the lid off an HR issue that we or a client or a seasonal employee has raised, research, list-making, networking, soothsaying, watching for log-jams or hiccups in the web site or in messaging, brainstorming with my teammates, working with imagery / photos /graphics;
- Actively participate in conferences, workshops, webinars, on-line classes, trade shows and love learning, thinking and being challenged by educational opportunities and the chance to represent CoolWorks in the industry and world;'
- Demo, onboard, create and support client accounts in the CW Applicant Tracking System / Staffing Center; 
- Design and deliver electronic forms for clients;
- CW Traffic Control / Centralized Support;
- Other special projects

Web Recruiting & Seasonal HR Strategist

Seasonal HR Association

Responsible for all aspects of Event Planning - researching, organizing and executing an annual 4-day conference; coordination of venue, presenters, guests, meals, sessions, logistics. Conference attendees include great HR and operations folks from seasonal employers across the country - many national park concessioners are represented. The conference is held in the fall to provide networking, education, collaboration. Sessions include industry speakers and motivational presenters.

Served as the first HR Manager for this non-profit organization as it grew and transitioned. The Yellowstone Association family includes 40 full-time and 60 seasonal employees, plus 40 volunteers. The staff is mission driven, passionate and lucky to live in the Greater Yellowstone Area, and work to Inspire. Educate. Preserve.  The HR Manager role was hands-on with recruiting, onboarding, payroll, record keeping, compliance, employee relations, orientation and support, while also working with the Director of Finance and Leadership Team to streamline processes and implement new energy, vision and procedure efficiencies.
