With over a decade of experience in human resources, I founded Unity Teams in November 2021 to provide HR consulting services that align with the goals and initiatives of organizations of all sizes. As the HR Director, I oversee the delivery of comprehensive services, ranging from leadership and talent development to compliance, total rewards, strategic planning, employee engagement surveys, and more.
