Manager of Talent Acquisition - Operations and Analytics

* Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
* Actively use ClearanceJobs.com, Dice.com, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, X Ray Google and chrome extensions to maximize sourcing  
* Data ingestion and wrangling to deliver visualized metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses
* Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination/scheduling, offer negotiation and closing of candidates.
* Produce ad hoc reports including information to support special initiatives
* Compile metrics to submit to the executive leadership team
* Analyze data and provide solutions with meaningful impact
* Provide administrative support and training to Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure that internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is maintained
* Create and manage recruiting team internal, leadership and compliance reporting
* Prepare and draft offer letters for review
* Assist in developing position requisitions and job descriptions that accurately reflect duties and responsibilities
* Organize and attend career fairs, hiring events and networking events
