I love helping companies improve their products and services through the eyes of their customers. I’m a bilingual Customer Success Manager who helps companies retain clients and scale onboarding across remote teams. I specialize in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and CRM optimization for SaaS, marketing, and nonprofit sectors. I launched my career in the nonprofit world, managing multi-stakeholder programs and advising multinational companies on leadership, employee well-being, and strategic planning. This work taught me how to drive change from within, even in complex environments with limited resources. I then moved into the private sector, where I’ve led client onboarding and portfolio management for over 60 client accounts. At one company, I created onboarding materials that reduced support tickets by 15% and led to 3 account expansions through proactive support. Currently, I work as a Customer Success Manager serving U.S. companies with nearshore LATAM talent. I collaborate with Sales, Talent, and Marketing teams to keep clients engaged, aligned, and growing. I also coach mid-career professionals on job transitions, helping them strengthen their communication, build strategy, and maintain resilience throughout the process.
