Information Risk Management (IRM)

Information Risk Management (IRM) a leading UK based cyber security professional services company  based in Cheltenham and London.  It has over 20 years’ experience working with large enterprises, helping clients identify and mitigate their cyber risks. The company has three main service offerings cyber security advisory, SaaS cyber security management platform and penetration testing/read teaming.  IRM is a CHECK company and a member of CREST.  I was accountable for the day to day running of the business operations.  On a monthly basis I reported the performance of the company to the board. IRM was successfully acquired in 2017.

Onformonics Limited

Onformonics Limited was a start up software venture building a SaaS Governance, Cyber Risk and Compliance application in the area of information security for the payment card industry.  I co founded the business and setup the operations when it was incorporated in Dublin in April 2008. I worked as the COO with overall accountability for running the day to day operations of the company.   I was also a company director responsible for reporting the financial performance to the board and investors. The company was acquired by a UK professional services company IRM Plc in April 2012.

As a member of Information Technology Services management team in Accenture I held several positions, such as Supervisor for Level 2 technical support team,  European Lead for outsource client Caterpillar (first outsource client for technology Services) and alongside my Spanish colleagues in Madrid and Barcelona worked with the Dublin team to centralise the IT Support in the new Dublin service centre.  During my time in Accenture I worked on many different IT Projects, lead various teams and initiatives.   My focus was always to get the best out of the people working in my team by supporting, motivating and coaching them and providing our internal and external customers with an excellent service and high levels of satisfaction.

Coming with extensive industry experience Patricia is ideally placed to assist clients with their Cyber Security requirements.
