Consultant - Learning Experience Design | Small Business Development

National University

Developed new engagement-style management course on process improvement; converted professors' classroom ideas into interactive online content; praised by students as relatable, understandable, and fast! Converted flat text-based content into engaging Rise exercises for biology and psychology courses. 
Served as maintenance ID assisting professors with making quick adjustments to their courses and/or troubleshooting issues during transition from Blackboard to Brightspace. Championed implementation of new software tool, Vyond. Served on portfolio/badging committee. Mentored peers on Storyline and Rise skills. Quality Matters Certified.

Learning Experience Designer

Learning Evolution, LLC

Developed and brought to market; Tom Fox's PROFITS Training System. 90% of students surveyed would recommend the PROFITS system and there was an average of $100K sales revenue increase for each student.
Managed redesign of OnPoint LMS LE instance, and custom-tailored configurations according to client needs. Designed and developed courses as well as educational apps operating within Agile/Successive Approximation Model (SAM) processes.
Migrated clients to Adapt, including custom design programming. Designed and developed prototypes for speculative work.  Tools: Elucidat, Adapt, OnPoint LMS, & Adobe CC.  Clients included: Titleist, Red Bull, Stone Brewery, PepsiCo, Anheuser-Busch, and others.

Director of L&D formerly ID/Product Manager

California International Business University

Developed and delivered a forward-thinking curriculum for the Information Technologies section of a three-section Applied Entrepreneurship Certificate Program at the California International Business University.  Students were primarily post gymnasium (high school) from Denmark who were seeking further business focused credits to round out their gymnasium experience.  Leveraged Moodle to use a flipped classroom model of instruction.

Adjunct Professor

HCENTIVE TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Interfaced with product managers and engineering subject matter experts across a multinational team. Supported our government and technology partners ensuring customer success for a range of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), software-as-a-service (SAAS) cloud-based healthcare technology solutions. 

Developed blended learning curriculums with supporting train-the-trainer materials.  
Converted highly technical content to interactive, easy-to-understand digital training and performance support documentation. Drove innovative uses of multimedia to create training assets. Facilitated "train the trainers" face-to-face workshops for our broker partners.

The School Day

Worked with classy.org founder Pete Nystrom to develop a team in support of an app that allowed parents to have a window into their kids' school day through photos.
Brought on and worked with a Business Development professional and hired on an intern from Harvard. It was active in 4 San Diego Elementary schools.

Chief Executive Officer

Cajon Valley Union School District

Collaborated with the superintendent and other stakeholders to develop the theme for the event.  Consulted with principals of 26 schools, the PTA, and the School Board. Spoke at Chamber of Commerce breakfast to promote TEDx. Worked with teachers to help 3rd -8th-grade speakers develop their talks as well as deliver them. 
Oversaw production at the event. Sidenote; also lead producer of a fundraiser for an audience of over 500 the night before the TEDx event.

Consultant - Director/Producer, TEDxKidsELCajon

Chopra Center for Wellbeing

Provided vision, organization, and development of a new online learning/multimedia production department.  Provided strategic direction on commercial learning and development for health and wellbeing courseware. Organized project requests from separate departments. prioritized tasks according to timeline. Acted as liaison with IT for execution of key strategic deliverables.  Worked closely with stakeholders to outline exact objectives for video and courseware projects.
