I have worked as a Research Assistant, Data Analyst and Data Scientist in the health area within the University of Chile from 2014 to 2019. Mostly with complex and heterogeneous data. Performing exploratory analysis and outlier detection, regression analysis, clustering, multivariate analysis and others. I also develop data mining and database management for chronic disease research, mainly cancer. My main interest is the application of artificial intelligence techniques to obtain predictive information from clinical and genomic data. Along with this, the last 5 years as a software project coordinator & Prodtc Owner under agile environments using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and others for agile software project management. Business process modeling in BPMN tools and data process automation with KNIME and other reporting tools.
