While working in my role with Amazon I've been able to spend a lot of time digging into data and being a bridge between the incredible engineering teams that we have and the operations leaders of different Fulfillment Centers. I love finding interesting problems to sink my teeth into and discussing potential solutions with people from all view points. You're the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so I relish the idea of being surrounded by people who elevate my understanding, push me to think differently, and to make me take on bigger and bigger problems.
