I was recruited to help design and launch the company's Partner Program 2.0. Key aspects have included refining the process around recruitment and onboarding practices, enhancing sales enablement, creating a brand presence in the Master Agent channel, increasing overall opportunity flow from the channel and growing revenues.

TechSee Augmented Reality provides smart visual platforms that make customer interactions more productive. Using AI and AR, Contact Center and Support Center agents have a capability to diagnose and resolve customer issues by troubleshooting them virtually, in real-time. The end result is greatly reduced time to resolution. 

I was recruited to help them develop their Partner Program 1.0 and channel strategy for the North American market. In addition, I played a key role in securing partnerships with key partners (SI's, Consultants, etc.) and creating opportunity flow.

AudioCodes

Tasked with developing and executing on AudioCodes' Channel Sales strategy. Responsible for delivering 50% of the organization's revenue through over 100 business partners. Lead role in managing the company's relationship with Microsoft's field sales teams in the US.

Sales leader for AudioCodes' Enterprise business in the West region. Responsible for delivering on a multi-million dollar quota.

As regional director, I am now responsible for managing presales engineering, outside sales, inside sales and partner development within a 14-state region, with a continued focus on Unified Communications/SIP/Contact Center technologies.

Regional Sales Director, Central US Region

Focused on growing revenue within a 9-state region in the north central US around the company's Unified Communications/SIP/Contact Center solution portfolio, collaborating with partners and customers on complex architectures where AudioCodes products can be leveraged.

Regional Sales Manager, North Central Region

Sales prime for a 15-state region, focused on helping business partners grow their revenues/businesses by leveraging Dialogic products and technologies.

Bringing Cloud and premise-based solutions to the market, focused on automating document-driven business processes.
