GOCOMO is a technology-driven influencer marketing agency. Therefore, the influencer selection goes beyond the general “gut feeling”. Due to the latest technology in this industry, Gocomo identifies the most authentic fits for the customer´s brand and execute influencer campaigns with a great ROI.

Tasks:
- Data analysis of customers´ Instagram accounts to identify upcoming trends, favorable products and topics of interest of customers´ audience
- Data analysis of customers´ influencer selections due to the influencers´ audience statistics like gender and age split, interests and hobbies, location, engagement score, reach and audience credibility
- Elaboration of recommendations regarding content, actions and influencers based on the previously mentioned analyses

One of my main duties was to make sure that there will be enough human resources during the holiday season. Therefore, I created staff rosters which helped me to define hiring the right amount of holiday workers.
