- Planning & execution of an annual sales plan;
- Execution of marketing and communication plan;
- Management of a sales team, organizing and structuring weekly individual meetings;
- Organization and management of private events for member loyalty and for corporate events;
- Sales projections, establish annual and monthly objectives;
- Ensure an annual renewal rate of 80% and a recovery rate of 105%;
- Perform business intelligence tasks. Identify, segment and import qualified leads to promote sales efforts;
- Extraction and analysis of sales report. Make targeted recommendations, focused on results and trends;
- Season and event programming;
- Hold weekly training to improve customer and sales management methods via cold calls, emails and meetings and share best practices;
- Creation of new product.

Senior manager, sales & client services

• Set sales plans and objectives; specific to each product
• Lead the development of new go-to-market strategies including defining the product offering, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze sales performance and present the results to the executive
• Conceptualize, plan, develop and coordinate the execution of sales campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team to market products, develop communications plans and develop advertising material.
• Participate in the optimization of campaigns via e-mail and marketing automation strategies
• Optimize ticket sales within partnership agreements with sponsors
• Oversee all efforts of the ticket sales staff, including directing campaigns and promotional offers and providing support and mentoring to ensure the achievement of the team's sales objectives

• Develop strategy and customer prospecting lists
• Develop, plan and execute customer service programs allowing the loyalty of holders of season tickets, partial plans and groups so that their level of satisfaction exceeds expectations and encourages them to renew.

• Develop and implement a commission plan, performance bonuses and other incentives to motivate the team of representatives, as well as recognize and reward performance. Coordinate the implementation of management and ticketing tools

- Actively pursue new business via self-prospecting & cold call 
- Target both SMEs and larger enterprises for corporate suite rentals and season tickets
- Participate in building awareness of the Laval Rocket brand and the AHL 
- Build and maintain relationships with season tickets holders, corporate suite clients and every every hockey fan
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to help enhance the brand and create targeted marketing plans
