The RBC Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a unique, accelerated leadership development program offered to a select number of highly qualified MBA/Masters graduates each year. In the Enterprise stream the Leadership Development Program (ELDP) provides an enterprise-wide view of RBC through a series of customized assignments across the organization, with the goal of producing well-rounded and capable future leaders.

I am currently working to realize the potential applications of emerging technologies as part of the strategic initiatives team in RBC's Solution Acceleration and Innovation unit.

The RippleX Fellowship is a 12-week program powered by Ripple Ventures and sponsored by RBCx. In every cohort, fellows are coached and taught the intricacies of venture funds, startup operations, and financing.

It is a remote program that connects top students across Canada and the United States with a common interest in becoming better equipped as aspiring VCs, founders, or employees at tech startups. It builds the skillset, knowledge, and network that otherwise are rare to acquire as a student.
